Refund & Return Policy
Each The Missed Trigger product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We'll review the problem and, when approved, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Sizing
Please review the size chart on the product page before ordering. Because each item is made to order, we cannot offer free replacements or exchanges when an incorrect size was ordered.
Lost packages
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate the shipment.
Refunds
When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued depend on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations and order changes
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered production.
